Salopian Brass is a well-established, friendly band based in Shrewsbury.

We have a busy and varied program including outdoor summer events in park bandstands and garden fetes as well as charity events, Church Services, Remembrance Day Parades and Carol Concerts. We also stage formal concerts, sometimes with other ensembles and choirs.

Our rehearsals are held on Thursday evenings between 7.30pm and 9.00pm at Bayston Hill Methodist Church, Lansdowne Road, Bayston Hill, Shrewsbury, SY3 0HZ, where we promise a warm welcome for players of all ages and standards. We have some excellent players in the band and some not quite so excellent but equally enthusiastic. We help and support each other, all are valued and have fun.
