Ashes to Oaks is a UK-based, four-piece folk band that err on the side of good, alternative country music!

Singer-songwriter, Jemma Lauren writes about most things life throws her way - love won and lost, fun, family, friends and faith. Jemma’s weapons of choice are Guitar and Uke.

Supporting and adding original ideas to Jemma’s songs are:

Russ Sargeant - double bass, electric bass, backing vocals and guitar (not all at the same time...). Russ also works his magic with graphics and sound.

Andy Shepherd keeps the rhythm and banter going on Drums and Percussion. Look out for his tea towel in live sets.

Robin Tudor - Violin and puns. Robin has a knack for playing improvised spine-tingling melodies.
