Indie Rock
Cole Larravide is a musician/songwriter with a focus on live performance. His original catalogue blends styles and genres through high-energy jams and introspective, lyrical songs.
Cole tours extensively, performing at venues and festivals with his band and as a solo act. He's played many world-famous stages, including The Cavern Club (Liverpool), Whisky A Go Go (Hollywood), Blues Alley (DC), The Horseshoe Tavern (Toronto), The Fillmore Silver Spring, and The Cobblestone (Dublin). He also toured as an opening act for Three Dog Night, Tommy James & The Shondells, Steve Smith & The Nakeds, Hot 8 Brass Band, The Cyrkle, The Quarrymen, and The Beatles original drummer Pete Best.
The Stratford on Avon Bandstand stands in the heart of the bustling Recreation Ground just across the river from the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and just a short stroll from the town.
It is a lovely spot to enjoy a summer's afternoon listening to one of the many excellent bands while watching the boats, swans and people go by.
The bandstand is managed by Stratford Town Trust and its programme of bands runs from May through to September. Most band performances start at 2.30 and run for two hours weather permitting.
