Wind Band
Woodley Concert Band is a friendly, active and dynamic wind band based in Woodley, near Reading in Berkshire.
It is a community wind band of around 35 musicians of all ages, occupations and musical experience who come together to rehearse, perform and socialise.
We are proud of the extremely high standard we achieve, the lively and exciting performances we present and, of course, our thriving social scene!
If you’re a brass, woodwind or percussion player looking for a high standard, sociable and fun wind band to join– why not come and try us?
Our broad repertoire challenges our musicians and entertain our audiences.
We rehearse every Wednesday evening from 7.45pm till 10.00pm throughout the year at St Dominic Savio Catholic Primary School.
Mill Meadows is a large riverside recreational area that includes a fantastic new toddler play area as well as an older childrens' playground and acres of open space and a wildlife walk, and the riverside towpath to March Lock.
