Description

The Bearpark and Esh Colliery Band are a 2nd Section band based in Esh Winning, approximately 6 Miles west of Durham City.

The band have their own rehearsal premises which have undergone renovation recently.

There is no setting stands and chairs up and putting them away for rehearsal, or moving loads of percussion around, we just turn up, rehearse and walk away at the end.

We practice on a Wednesday Evening (7:30pm - 9:30pm) and a Sunday Morning (10:30am - 12:30pm).

The band also have their own van for moving the bigger equipment around, this enables us to take a full compliment of percussion to all engagements.
