Live Performance
Blues and Folk
Original Roots Rock, Blues and Skiffle music drawing on early Blues and Folk influences. Startlingly powerful vocals, raw delta blues styled guitar, wild saxophone, thumping double bass and an irresistible beat combine to create a special atmosphere.
Songs are distinctive and original relating to subjects such as slavery, losing one's religion, death, cowboys and father-in-laws going to Hell!
Hailing from Gloucestershire, Solid Gone have built up a strong local fan-base and always leaves audiences wanting more during their many travels throughout the UK. Don't be surprised to see special guests such as long-time collaborator Damon T featuring during a show.
Recorded at home by the band themselves, debut EP 'Mr Loverman' and new 8-track mini album 'Crawl' is out now available at live shows or via download at iTunes or Spotify
Not content to rest on their laurels, Solid Gone are currently recording the next debut EP due for release in the summer of 2018.
