The Black Rat Effect are a 4 piece phenonmenon..... the phenonmenon being they have the front to get up there and try anything, rehearsed or not, from a set list of 120+ songs.
From Robin Thicke and Pharrell Williams back through to Van Morrison, Queen to Cee Lo Green.. and all pints in-between, they have charmed audiences from Abergavenny to Chester, Worcester, Cardiff, Exeter Bristol, Brecon and beyond.
They play at Raglan Music Festival, from trailers, in pubs, barns, clubs and gardens all over South Wales, featured on "Don't Tell the Bride", and most importantly are "friends" with ALL the brides and grooms we had the pleasure of entertaining.
The lads always have a good night, a good giggle, give it their all, have a few beers...and always leave satisfied customers!
This city-centre bar has been given a high quality refurbishment in contemporary style. It aims to provide a relaxed environment for drinking late into the night. While the four regular ales are served via handpumps, there is the facility to serve up to eight more direct from casks housed in chilled cabinets.
The Rats are back in town....Performing an eclectic range of the best party tunes past and present. Your Friday night is sorted!
