He tailors his sets to the specific audience he is performing to. From popular songs of the 1950s through to the present day, there is always something that appeals to any audience. His choice of songs creates a singalong memorable atmosphere. Duncan prides himself on his clear sound, professionalism, his ease of engagement with the audiences & his image.
He has full public liability insurance & all the equipment he uses is PAT tested & certified. He works closely with venues,creates posters for promotional purposes & maxmises the exposure of any events he is involved with on social media. He has good reviews from venues/audiences & he is consistently attaining repeat bookings with venues.
He has successfully performed in pubs,clubs, at weddings, christenings,funerals,birthday celebrations, festivals,business events,. He also offers a Live Streaming service capability, to enable venues to broadcast performances & events to social media. Experience too in creating, hosting & compèring musical events. If requested, background music can also be supplied for weddings/ family celebrations etc
The Old Five Bells situated on the outskirts of Kingsthorpe Village traces back in local directories to beyond 1830 when it regularly featured its Tea Gardens and Quoits games within the local 'Northamptonshire Mercury'.
Quoits was a game that Northamptonshire was renowned for in the past and this establishment was one of the last pubs to host this game within the area.In 1993 the pub was acquired by new owners , McManus Taverns who re-named the pub the 'Frog & Fiddler'. Since which time the pub has undergone a many number of changes but finally the Old Five Bells has returned to it's traditional roots as a unrivalled local drinking establishment serving fabulous food.
