Description

Originally formed in 2004, Motus are one of the longest-established and most popular pop/rock covers bands on the Yorkshire circuit.

If you like modern R&B, electronica and X Factor, our show is probably not for you. But if you love to see happy musicians on top of their game, delivering a great mix of classic songs from a diverse mix of artists from Prince to The Police, via Stereophonics and Stevie Nicks, then you should come along to a Motus gig near you. It’s great drinking music.

The Brewery Tap Profile Pic

Description

The Brewery Tap, Idle serves quality cask ales. We have live music every Friday and Saturday. We show the live sports on both Sky and BT sports. We have a licensed, sheltered beer garden and smoking area. Our friendly staff will ensure you'll have a great time.

The Brewery Tap, a grade II listed building was converted in a public house in the 1980's from an earlier 18th century vernacular building (possibly a farmhouse) that was extended in the early-mid 19th century. The period building built out of sandstone 'brick' with ashlar dressing and stone stale roof. Although converted in a pub in the 1980's there are suggestions that it had been a pub at some point during its history, the presences of a 19th century beer-barrel ramp supports this. The building in its history has also been a bakery and cobblers.
