St Francis of Assisi's Profile Pic

Description

As a local church we try to share God’s love and serve our community inspired by the spirit and example of St Francis of Assisi. St Francis lived 800 years ago in Italy and by the way he lived he showed all around him something of the joy, simplicity and compassion of following Jesus Christ.

St Francis Church, stands at the heart of the Bournville Village, four miles from Birmingham City Centre. Bournville was the model village built by George Cadbury around the chocolate factory, and 100 years later it is still a wonderful community. St Francis Church is a beautiful building - the interior is open and light with a robust sense of space. The church is a thriving community with people of all ages attending worship. We offer accessible Anglican worship, with a strong musical tradition. We welcome people of all backgrounds to our Church and Community Centre.

City of Birmingham Brass Band will be joining Bournville Vocal-ease Ladies Choir, St Francis Church Choirs, Midlands Military Community Choir and Bournville Bell Choir for their Christmas Concert.
What a jam packed evening, not to be missed!
