Hell Fire Jack is an explosive brutal blues duo from Yorkshire, England.

The duo has so far taken their high-octane, no-holds- barred take on the blues to audiences across the UK and, with the release of their first full-length album ‘Chains’ in February 2018, plan to strengthen their grip on the alternative scene even further. A strong reference to mental instability, insecurity and a constant struggle with modern life is evident in many of the band’s songs.

Despite this morose, almost inherently depressive lyrical content, the delivery is anything but. Live sets are fast-paced and uncompromising with fuzzed-up riffs, captivating rhythms and steely slide guitar.

West Street Live is a live music venue and bar in Sheffield, open 7 days a week. Every night of the week you can see live bands between 7-11pm, followed by DJs who keep the party going into the early hours.

On Friday and Saturday nights we have local covers bands that play all your favourite songs ranging from 50’s rock and roll to today’s indie and chart hits. On Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights we host original local and touring bands, hosted by one of our carefully selected promoters who see us through to 4am.
