Here at the Old Thatch we keep some of the finest local ales in tip top condition. Otter Brewery’s Bitter and Ale and Dartmoor Brewery’s 'Legend' are always available to tickle your taste buds. We further maintain a pump for our guest ale, which provide variation for avid real ale fans.

We don’t overlook our cider drinkers either. With a wide selection of Local ciders from Sandford's 'Devon Red' to their stronger offering: ‘The General’ as well as the ever popular Somerset favourite 'Thatcher’s Gold'.

If your palate desires something of the grape variety our cellar is stocked with a wide range of carefully selected wines by the bottle or glass to ensure that we are able to provide the perfect companion to your meal.

You will note a significant southern Hemisphere feel to our wine list as our Landlady imposes her will on the wine list.

If either a fine single malt, a crisp gin or a spiced rum is your preferred tipple, then we are sure you will find just what you’re looking for amongst our extensive range.
