Seven-piece band with full brass section from Stockport, playing mainly Ska, 2-Tone and Reggae, with all the best hits from Madness, The Specials, The Beat, Bad Manners, Bob Marley and more....

The band are formed from both Pro and Semi-Pro musicians and are all experienced live performers.
We are available for Ska & 2-Tone Events, festivals, functions, pub gigs, etc and anyone who needs an exciting up-tempo band for a rollicking good time!

Description

A multi-award winning free house, so no wonder the Crown is a busy pub, especially in the evenings. A choice of around eleven ever-changing beers are usually to be had (including a mild, stout, and/or porter), making it possibly one of the town's foremost cask ale outlets.

Four rooms radiate from the busy bar, two compact snugs, a large lounge with feature over-mantle, and lastly a plainer pool room. The atmosphere is one of friendly professionalism aided by knowledgeable staff.

Up to four cask ciders are available.

The food offering is Caribbean based.

Live Music Wednesdays and Sundays plus occasional larger acts outside in a Friday
