Down-home dusty blues, soul and Americana classics and originals. Featuring the raw power of Sarah Larkham’s vocals, with tequila fuelled rasper, guitar wielder and songwriter Elliot Hall, soulful bass from Len Leichti and authentic blues harp from New York artist Howard Silverman. Occasionally joined by Pete White on the drums.

Under new management from summer 2017. A very traditional street corner pub, it is quiet and sparsely furnished, with maps, pieces of musical instruments and a Tony Benn poster on the wall.

There is a suntrap garden with loose stones and low wooden benches. Music is important here, with frequent gigs from the likes of Ponchartrain, and The Dangerous Curves.
