The Moondogs are a young, vibrant 3 piece cover band recreating the sights, sounds and raw energy that defined the 50s and 60s.
Based in Middlesbrough, The Moondogs are an exciting live band who’ll transport you back to those magical days when music helped shape a generation. They superbly recreate the sights, sounds and raw energy that swept teenagers along in its wake during the late 50s and swinging 60s
Performing their shows around the country to much acclaim, they’ve become a much sought after band for Corporate Events and private parties as well as appearing around the UK at Holiday Parks, Social Clubs and Festivals.
Between 2013 and 2016 they regularly performed at the World Famous Cavern Club in Liverpool.
In 2017 with an ever increasing client list the band started performing their shows in Europe working with Thomson Gold Holidays. They also performed at some of the leading UK 60s Festivals alongside 60s Legends The Swinging Blue Jeans and The Fourmost.
2018 looks like being another exciting year for the band with further Festivals planned around the UK as well as starting to work with some of the UKs leading Entertainment companies including Warner Leisure Hotels, Grosvenor Casinos and Butlins
