The Stents are a lively, hard rocking 5 piece Essex covers band, playing the best in popular classic rock, pop & indie from Free to Fleetwood Mac to The Fratellis to the Foo Fighters - with a few surprises thrown in!
From pubs to festivals to parties and other events, The Stents deliver a tight footstomping set guaranteed to get you dancing. Or singing like a loon. Or both
A 16th century former coaching inn, the pub has many original beams and an 18th century floral wall painting, preserved in the small side room.
The large garden is popular in summer and the pub is a popular meeting place for a varied clientele.
Home cooked food and snacks are available.
The tenants pride themselves on having no T.V.
