Secret Affair formed in 1978 and released their seminal debut album 'Glory Boys' the following year.

The debut single 'Time For Action' reached #13 in the UK chart, putting them at the forefront of the 'Mod Revival' movement.
In 1980, the follow up LP 'Behind Closed Doors' which featured the singles 'Sound of Confusion' and, arguably the band's most loved song, 'My World' was released.

Description

A very iconic Derby public house famed for its range of real ales.

It is also one of Derby's few live music venues.

The building consists of a front room with bar and seating continuing round into the rest of the bar area. There is also a small comfortable seating area in the back bar area with a viewing panel of the pubs stillage.

Free acoustic sessions: Monday 8pm, Wednesday 9pm and Sunday 4pm to 7pm.

Nepalese cuisine 7pm to 9pm every Tuesday.

Children welcome until 9pm
