Having served various community roles throughout its history, from a wartime soup kitchen to a rehearsal space for notable artists, it was lovingly restored in 2001 to its original purpose as a live music and events venue. The interior exudes a grounded elegance, where the gleam of six reinstated Austrian lead crystal chandeliers casts a warm, inviting light across the ornate Edwardian plasterwork.
