Drygate Brewing Co. stands as a significant cultural asset within Glasgow, a dynamic hub that extends beyond its brewing origins. Within its walls, a converted box factory under the distinctive seven peaks of its roof, the atmosphere is one of industrial heritage thoughtfully reimagined. Exposed brickwork and paint-flecked concrete floors tell tales of the building's past, while the hum of brewing machinery provides a constant, low thrum. Medium lighting levels cast a warm glow over the space, inviting contemplation of the brewing process visible through panoramic glass, creating an immersive experience.
Practicality meets pleasure with a range of amenities, including both ground-floor outdoor seating in The Yard and a first-floor sun terrace. The venue is highly accessible, featuring a lift to all public areas and dedicated disabled parking. Patrons can explore an extensive selection of 23 rotating taps, alongside a carefully curated array of bottled and canned beers, ensuring a diverse offering for every palate.
