Wylam Brewery, housed within Newcastle's historic Palace of Arts, serves as a significant cultural and social anchor for the region, having revitalised a landmark building into a dynamic centre for events and community gathering. The interior presents a compelling blend of industrial heritage and refined design, with exposed brickwork and original parquet floors under a high, domed ceiling. Cushioned seating in booth areas offers comfort, contrasting with the non-fixed wooden chairs throughout the expansive space.

Beyond the main hall, guests can enjoy views of Exhibition Park from an outdoor terrace, offering a tranquil counterpoint to the vibrant interior. The venue is largely accessible, with ramp access at the front and level internal pathways, though pre-arranged vehicular access through the park is necessary for mobility-impaired visitors.
