The building, a former tramways headquarters from 1897, retains much of its original character, with thick engineering brick walls and restored mosaic floors bearing the Brighton Corporation logo. Beyond its studios, Brighton Electric features a licensed private bar, open late, and a heated outdoor area, providing a comfortable space for patrons. The venue is equipped to host events with a capacity of around 150 people.
