Whats the concept?
We are turning a 5 floor gallery space in the heart of Soho, into a pop-up ashram for yoga, meditation, stillness and relaxation. We provide you with the situation, for you to immerse yourself in a 3 day retreat and surround yourself with a community of like-minded people.

Why it is needed?
Many people today need to access space and stillness and yet struggle to find these in their lives. It shouldn't be that the space needed to relax can rarely be found. The Urban Refuge is the space to bring you space, providing the teachings you need to find ways to connect to your mind and body, learn ways to relax and switch off.
The service provided:
@ The Urban Refuge you will find teachings to connect you to your breath, body and mind and support on your path of self-awareness. All sessions are made accessible to beginners.
Expand your awareness, connect to your body, listen-in to understand your emotions and observe the conditioned behaviors of the mind.
The Urban Refuge provides a space for solace, peace, guidance and community from 6am to 12pm.
