Rehearsals
Friday 21st Feb please arrive at Tiger Helicopters NO LATER than 1600hrs. Late arrivals will not be permitted access to the airfield.

*Re run for any bloopers and make it perfect after Fridays practice*
SATURDAY WE WILL LOOK TO CAPTURE THE FULL FILM
Saturday 22nd Feb please arrive at Tiger Helicopters NO LATER than 1500hrs. Late arrivals will not be permitted access to the airfield.

Filming will run onto apx 1800hrs at the VERY latest or last light, whichever comes first.

Each ticket purchased will grant the buyer access to be featured in our promo film.
One ticket is valid for the Fri and or Sat.
Buyers need only 1 ticket per vehicle not per person
1 ticket grants access to the runway Fri & Sat

Strictly no passengers whilst on the runway or filming on this occasion at any time

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you acknowledge and accept that motorsport is inherently dangerous. While Rotors & Motors (Skydrive Ltd) has taken every reasonable precaution, including comprehensive risk assessments and adherence to safety best practices, the nature of motorsport means that accidents, including serious injury or death, may still occur.

Liability Waiver & Legal Notice

This disclaimer has been drafted in accordance with the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. By attending this event, you accept all risks associated with participation and/or spectating.

Rotors & Motors (Skydrive Ltd), its owners, staff, volunteers, affiliates, venue operators, and any associated parties will not be liable for:

- Any injury, death, loss, or damage sustained by any person or property.
- Any act, omission, or negligence of any individual, including participants, spectators, or third parties.
- Any financial loss or expenses incurred as a result of attending this event.

All reasonable steps have been taken to assess and mitigate risks, ensuring due care and compliance with legal and safety obligations. By purchasing a ticket, you voluntarily assume all risks and waive any claims against Rotors & Motors (Skydrive Ltd) and associated parties.

Driver Fitness & Substance Use Policy

Under the Road Traffic Act 1988 and in accordance with Motorsport UK regulations, all drivers must be fit to drive.

- Alcohol & Drugs: Drivers must not be under the influence of alcohol, illegal substances, or any drugs (including prescription or over-the-counter medication) that impair their ability to control a vehicle.
- Medical Conditions: Any medical condition that affects driving ability must be declared and approved under Motorsport UK licensing regulations.
- Compliance with Motorsport Rules: All drivers must adhere to Motorsport UK?s safety and conduct requirements.

Failure to comply will result in immediate disqualification, removal from the event, and potential legal action.

Damage Liability

If you cause damage to any property, equipment, infrastructure, or vehicles at this event?whether through negligence, reckless behaviour, or failure to follow event rules?you will be held fully liable for all repair and/or replacement costs. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Damage to the runway, barriers, signage, or any other event infrastructure.
- Damage to third-party vehicles or property.
- Any costs incurred due to reckless or inappropriate behaviour.

Failure to settle damages may result in legal action.

Tickets & Refund Policy

- All tickets are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to inability to attend, weather conditions, or failure to meet participation requirements.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly authorised by Rotors & Motors (Skydrive Ltd).

Participation Requirements (Runway Use)

All vehicles participating in runway runs must meet the following requirements:
? The vehicle must have a valid UK MOT certificate.
? The driver must hold a full, in-date, valid UK driver?s licence.

Failure to meet these requirements will result in denial of participation with no refund.

Code of Conduct & Site Rules

- A strict 10mph speed limit applies at all times outside of designated racing areas.
- Unsafe driving, reckless behaviour, or failure to follow event staff instructions will result in immediate removal, a lifetime ban, and potential legal action.
- Illegal Substances: In accordance with the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, anyone found in possession of illegal substances, including recreational drugs, will be immediately removed, banned for life, and reported to law enforcement.
- Any individual who breaches these rules may be publicly named and reported to West Mercia Police.

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms.
