Sock Draw album launch
Genre : Music - General
This is a not for profit event celebrating the launch of sock drawers album
A long time ago, when the Maroomba Booga Bears fled from the Gum Gum Drop Forest in search of a promised land with clean air, good vibes and… well… Phat Beats.
They searched far and wide until finally they landed in the seaside town of Brighton.
More specifically, upon a sailing club in the heart of the city overlooking the seafront. It was here they discovered a small hobbit and a beardy weirdo making music with two wonderful robots.
They knew they were professionals, as the duo used Logic Pro X and had multiple jack leads to pluggeth stuff in.
The bears were told an event was happening on the 6th of June, where big Phat Beats, synthesizers and average guitar parts would fill the room and create the sickest vibe possible mate.
The bears spread the word far and wide about this very private, very exclusive event, so that everyone would come, spend their money on tickets, and finally help the robots afford their freedom.
So make sure you’re there, or the bears will bite you square on the ass.

Brighton Sailing Club stands as a steadfast institution on Brighton's seafront, a community amateur sports club with a heritage stretching back to the 1870s. Operated entirely by its members, for its members, it serves as a vital hub for dinghy sailing, fostering a shared passion for the sea and the camaraderie that defines coastal life. It is a testament to enduring local spirit, providing a consistent presence amidst the city's dynamic ebb and flow.
Within the historic arches, the clubhouse offers a welcoming retreat. The air often carries the faint scent of salt and sea spray, a constant reminder of the open water just beyond the doors. Here, the low hum of conversation and the clinking of glasses create a convivial atmosphere, a space where stories of the day's sailing are exchanged and plans for future adventures are forged.
Practical amenities include a well-appointed members' bar, perfectly situated on the Lower Promenade for post-sail relaxation, alongside essential changing rooms and a dedicated boat park on the beach. These facilities underpin the club's operations, ensuring members have the necessary infrastructure to pursue their maritime interests.
Throughout the year, the club hosts a calendar of activities, from regular Sunday morning races for both monohulls and catamarans, to various social gatherings and member-led skill-sharing sessions. These events cultivate a vibrant community, encouraging participation and connection among those who share a love for the water.
