Close To Tears are Europe’s Premier celebration of all that is ‘Tears For Fears.’
Close To Tears was born from a passion to bring to the stage a musically authentic celebration of the 1980’s pop sensation ‘Tears For Fears.’ The band was assembled accordingly with some of the very best performers delivering a full, vibrant, emotional, professional and engaging Tears For Fears Show experience spanning hits from the very beginnings of the Tears For Fears journey right through to today. The act always delivers the massive hits ‘Everybody Wants To Rule The World’ ‘Shout;’ and ‘Mad World’ along with the beautifully haunting ‘Woman In Chains’
Description
A very iconic Derby public house famed for its range of real ales.
It is also one of Derby's few live music venues.
The building consists of a front room with bar and seating continuing round into the rest of the bar area. There is also a small comfortable seating area in the back bar area with a viewing panel of the pubs stillage.
Free acoustic sessions: Monday 8pm, Wednesday 9pm and Sunday 4pm to 7pm.
Nepalese cuisine 7pm to 9pm every Tuesday.
Children welcome until 9pm
