London is full of fun, interesting single men and women. So why is it so hard to meet them?

We're here to change that! Join us for a night of non-awkward mingling and Brexit commiserating, all while fundraising for Voluntary Service Overseas.

Timings

7pm: Arrivals and drinks
7.30pm: Welcome and start
9pm: Raffle draw
9.15pm onwards: Mingle with your fellow sailors

Where's it being held?

We're being hosted by the amazing Tamesis Dock, a permanently moored Dutch barge with a bar, food and indoor and outdoor seating.

It also boasts wonderful views of the Houses of Parliament so if no one in the room takes your fancy, you can gaze lovingly across at the career politicians wasting their terms ruining our futures.

How will it run?

We'll kick things off with a few prompts to get everyone chatting. Don't worry, you have our word - no speed dating or cringe icebreaker games. Then after that, everyone will be free to chat as you wish.

The bar's open til 1am so plenty of time to work up the courage to ask out the apple of your eye.

A few more things...

- As this is a fundraiser, we're not going to be super strict about a gender mix or age limit. It's always harder to get guys along to this sort of thing so ladies, please share the love and invite your most eligible guy mates along. Then cash in with a thank you in the wedding speech, obv.

- We welcome openness and diversity in sexual preferences and relationship styles. That said, the majority of people coming are likely to be heterosexuals aged 28-40 who are looking for monogamy. But if you'd like to come along and let people know you're looking for something else then please do. Ethical sluts only, please ;-)
