'Under the Posts' events are proud to bring you Charles Dagnall and Henry Moeran 'Live and Loud' for one night only.
The commentating duo along with their backing band, The Flying Love Leopards, are going to rock your world in aid of the Teenage Cancer Trust at the world-famous 100 Club. Every day, seven young people aged 13-24 hear the words "you have cancer". Your support can make sure each of them gets the consistent, sensitive, individual nursing care and support they need, throughout their cancer treatment and beyond. Together, we can reach every young person facing cancer.
There will be some very special guests with them and all the money from ticket sales goes straight to the brilliant charity.
So come on down as Daggers and Henry invite you to don the spandex and strap in for a night of good old-fashioned rock and roll!
The most celebrated live music venue in Europe and one of the most famous in the world. Our longevity is due to an open minded music policy which has seen many different musical styles performed at this venue over It's long history.
Live music began at 100 Oxford Street on 24th October 1942. It was first played at Mack's restaurant (as it was then known) when British jazz drummer Victor Feldman's father hired the venue on a regular Sunday night to showcase the talents of his jazz loving sons and their band. The band consisted of Victor and his two brothers Robert on clarinet and Monty on accordion. They were joined by legendary British saxophonist Jimmy Skidmore for the opening night.
