A negative lateral flow test within 24-48 hours of any fixture must be evidenced prior to gaining entry to events at the Sir Tom Finney Stadium. This means that all spectators aged 12 and over who do not have COVID-19 symptoms must test themselves at home using a lateral flow test prior to the match and show a matchday steward the text / email confirmation from the NHS as proof that the test was negative. Any child aged 12-18 may have their test registered on the phone of their guardian. Please bring printed evidence of the email confirmation if you can not provide it on your phone.
A risk assessment for lateral flow testing can be viewed in the COVID-19 section of the Bamber Bridge FC website.
Information regarding obtaining lateral flow tests can be found on the offical government website.
Spectators are reminded that if they (or anyone they live with) have a positive lateral flow test or if they have one or more of the three main COVID-19 symptoms (a continuous cough, a high temperature, a loss of taste or smell) they must isolate immediately, obtain a PCR test and not attend the fixture.
