An 18-hour slow roast rib of age Tee Val­ley Charo­lais beef York­shire pud­ding, goose fat roast pota­toes, her­itage veg­eta­bles, red wine gravy is undoubt­ed­ly some of the high­est qual­i­ty meat avail­able in the capital.

Lucy Merrilyn

Rich and resonant vocals that belie her age, Lucy Merrilyn stands on the cusp of a formidable career. Performing classic tunes of the worlds leading ladies of jazz, Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, Julie London and Peggy Lee to name a few.

The Lucy Merrilyn project brings elegance and vibrancy to the fore. Her sprightly, fresh interpretation of traditional standards guarantees to entice and dazzle ? Ms Merrilyn is one act not to be missed.

Appearing as the guest vocalist with the Syd Lawrence Orchestra, Lucy is a rising star on the UK jazz scene, performing regularly at prestigious London and UK jazz clubs and theatres.
