Please be aware that Hassocks is currently in Tier 2 regulations but these guidelines are subject to change and we will always keep you up to date with any new rules or restrictions via our Funny That Facebook page.
Tickets
Tickets will be sold as tables, with a maximum groups size of 6, and not as individual tickets. Tables will be distanced and covered by an open sided, heated marquee. Tickets will only be sold online as we will need contact information to comply with the pub?s legal requirement to supply track and trace details. We will only need one set of details per table booking.
Entry and Exit
Entry to the garden marquee area will be from the carpark at the front of the pub, please follow the signs and keep appropriate distancing in the queue. We will not enter the garden through the pub to avoid queueing and to promote social distancing.
Please note, right of admission is refusable and those people not following the rules may be asked to leave.There will be one way systems in place for entry/exit, ordering at the bar and toilet usage and NO intervals.
Drinks will be served to your table and you can bring in your food from our amazing stalls in the carpark.
Refunds and Show Cancellations
In the event of any proscribed shut down of the pub, including both local or national lockdowns in advance of the show start, a full refund or a transfer to a future date will be offered.
In the event of the show being cancelled by the promoter, a full refund or a transfer to a future date will be offered.
In the event of the weather being too bad to stage the event (that is specifically a Met Office Amber or Red warning on the day of the event), a full refund or a transfer to a future date will be offered.
Please note the garden is covered by an open sided marquee and the event will continue in any other weather situation.
In all other situations tickets are non-refundable.
