Description

BRED IN THE BONE is a European theatre laboratory, derived from dedicated, ongoing training in the relationship between text, sound, the space and body. The work researches the actor's craft as the centre of the theatre event. A collective of creators from diverse cultural identities radically ever-renewing performance traditions.

The Company comes for the first time in Paris for a taster of their workshop and work. Its specific training allies the
rigorous techniques of physical theatre from East European traditions (Grotowski, Gardrzenice, Song of the Goat) and
British conservatoire text work. Its specific work on musicality makes and its work on Emotion Action techniques has
established Bred In The Bone as a leading training company in the UK since 2009.
This workshop is addressed to professional and learning actors alike.
