MATTHEW STURGESS (AKA The Troubadour) needs no introduction to regulars at Otta's Leah. Matthew is a singer/songwriter who performs as the "Silver Reserve" but who will be giving a solo performance on this occasion. He plays delicate, sparse music on a classical guitar with songs about out-of-body experiences, monogamy, small-town community Facebook pages and much more. ERRANT THIEVES are a fabulous four piece acoustic band from more western climes, performing in Otley for the first time. They 'borrow' some of their songs but write others and like to chart the turning of the seasons through music. They are also keen on songs of rogues, vagabonds and piquaresque adventures.
