On 29 August 2020, we lost a wonderful man who was one of the greatest supporters of live music here at the Arts Centre. Philip Hull (right), Head of Music for many years at Plymouth University until his retirement, came to most of our concerts, especially the more esoteric jazz ones!

We're delighted to be able to hold this Celebration Concert in his memory on his first anniversary. His wife Helen will be present and we'll have performances from several of his former students and colleagues.

Ashburton Arts Centre is a community-owned and run place where the arts of all kinds happen.

It opened in 2018 in the town's old Methodist Church. Come see world-class live music, theatre, etc plus local performers, classes and community events.
