STOP MOTION ANIMATION WITH THE CAN DO ACADEMY - This stop motion animation workshop is the perfect activity to get young people to discover and develop their creative talents. Stop motion allows young people to think outside the box by creating amazing stories through animation. Presented by the Can Do Academy participants will learn about the techniques involved in this area of filmmaking, including using sound effects, visual effects and the craft of model making.

CREATIVE & PRACTICAL WORKSHOPS WITH THE ?CAN DO ACADEMY?- The ?Can Do Academy? aim to develop creativity and IT literacy through fun practical workshops. They offer classes in disciplines such as Claymation, Lego animation, paper-cut animation and photo manipulation.

Please Note: Tickets are required for all young people wishing to participate in a workshop.

This Workshop is for Young People Aged Between 8-12.

Workshop Duration: 90 mins.

Workshop Location: Ulster Museum (Learning Zone).

Parents/Guardians are not required to supervise children in workshops (Unless otherwise agreed with a Cinemagic employee prior to the day of the event).

The capacity of the workshop space will be limited due to government guidance on social distancing. A parent/guardian will be required to leave a contact number with Cinemagic Staff at the sign in desk on the day.

Please give surname of person who booked the tickets to Cinemagic staff on arrival.

Ticket holders will enter the museum through the main front doors. Exit will be at the Stranmillis Rd side of the building.
