BOOK TO TV PROGRAMME MAKING WITH LAURA HENRY-ALLAIN - Learn about getting creative, developing story ideas, jobs in film and television and just how many people are involved in bringing programmes to your tv screens! Laura is an international award-winning early education specialist, writer and children?s media creator. She is also the vice-president of ?The British Association for Early Childhood Education? and is an educational consultant for well-known brands as well as children?s media, television and publishing, particularly in the areas of inclusion, racial equality and diversity.

Laura Henry-Allain MBE, will share how her children picture books, JOJO AND GRAN GRAN based on the relationship she had with her grandmother became the hit TV series on CBeebies.

Please Note: Tickets are required for all young people wishing to participate in a workshop.

This Workshop is for Young People Aged Between 8-16.

Workshop Duration: 90 mins.

Workshop Location: Ulster Museum (Learning Zone).

Parents/Guardians are not required to supervise children in workshops (Unless otherwise agreed with a Cinemagic employee prior to the day of the event).

The capacity of the workshop space will be limited due to government guidance on social distancing. A parent/guardian will be required to leave a contact number with Cinemagic Staff at the sign in desk on the day.

Please give surname of person who booked the tickets to Cinemagic staff on arrival.

Ticket holders will enter the museum through the main front doors. Exit will be at the Stranmillis Rd side of the building.
