Description

In this course you will learn the basics of working with watercolour to create a still life painting, including colour mixing, brush techniques, composition & underpainting. Taught by local artist & tutor Emma Morrissey, who will guide you through each step of the process in a fun & relaxed day of creativity.

This enjoyable and accessible workshop is suitable for beginners, as well as those looking for a refresher or in person support and tuition. All materials are provided but please feel free to bring any equipment or materials you would like to learn how to get the most of. Emma will be happy to look at this as part of the day.

The course will finish at 4pm with a short break for lunch. We want to make your visit as enjoyable and safe as possible. To allow social distancing, we have a limited capacity for these sessions, so please do book early to avoid disappointment, ANYONE ATTENDING WILL NEED TO HAVE A TICKET PRIOR TO THE EVENT. We are in an enclosed environment and highly recommend participants wear a face covering when possible.
