he Besnard Lakes are a band from Montreal, Quebec, Canada, formed by the husband and wife team of Jace Lasek (Vocals/Guitar/Keyboards) and Olga Goreas (Vocals/Bass), and completed by Kevin Laing (Drums) and Richard White (Guitar). According to Songfacts, their name comes from Besnard Lake in North-Central Saskatchewan.
Situated in the heart of the Baltic Triangle – Liverpool’s cultural mecca – District is a vibrant multi-purpose venue, playing host to gigs, club nights, screenings, talks and many other engaging events.
The venue is home to some of Liverpool’s most popular and eclectic music nights, including Boss Night, Positive Vibration and EAT ME + Preach.
