Musically, Jason is influenced by the British acoustic guitarists (Jansch, Graham, Wizz Jones) and the great folk/rock troubadours of the 60s and 70s. For Jason lyrics are central, and he has been especially captivated by those considered poets and writers as well as musicians. Born in Bradford he fell in with the Folk & Blues scene in that city before moving to London in the mid-nineties. He was just in time to catch the Bert Jansch residency at the 12 Bar club. For 6 months, every Wednesday night, Jason would be
in the front row of Soho's tiny club learning fingerstyle guitar from the master. Jason has just released his 7th full length album,
'Dust Of Yesterday'.

Kirsten Adamson is a americana country singer songwriter from Scotland. A songwriter of real depth, mother first and defender of live music. With her remarkably versatile voice and vulnerable songwriting, she summons the listener with minimal adornments.
Kirsten's father Stuart (songwriter and performer in The Skids and Big Country) was a huge inspiration to her throughout her childhood. He encouraged her to write her own music in her early teens and introduced her to country music when he relocated to Nashville in 1998. Kirsten would spend her summers in Tennessee and it was there where she realised her voice naturally suited a country style. As well as performing solo she also performs with folk/country duo The Marriage with Dave Burns from one the
kitchen's favourite bands AHAB.
