ABSOLUTE BOWIE
Celebrating the life and music of David Bowie, faithfully performing the music of the Starman with uncanny accuracy.

Winners of the 'Best Bowie Tribute' and 'Best Band' in the UK at the Agents Association of Great Britain Awards.

Now in their 12th year of touring, the UKs 'Best Tribute Band' and 'Best Bowie' act, would like to come and meet you and they might just blow your mind...

With an electrifying performance from our main Starman, and theatrical mid-set costume ch-ch-ch-anges, Absolute Bowie will take you on a journey through the greatest hits of David Bowie.

"A lovingly crafted Bowie show" says NME, and "an unmissable tribute act" hails the Mail on Sunday, the band will leave you wanting more from the most genuine David Bowie tribute out there. Is it any wonder when you are too cool to fool.

Featuring the incredible vocals of John O?Neill as David Bowie, with our very own Ronno, Andy Marin on guitar, Fabio Cashio on bass, Ale Paolillo on keyboards and Alex Ricardi on drums. The band perform with incredible musicianship and attention to detail.

So don't miss out - don your glittery dancing boots, paint a flash on your face and buy your tickets now because the planet Earth is blue and there's nothing else left to do...

Description

The most celebrated live music venue in Europe and one of the most famous in the world. Our longevity is due to an open minded music policy which has seen many different musical styles performed at this venue over It's long history.

Live music began at 100 Oxford Street on 24th October 1942. It was first played at Mack's restaurant (as it was then known) when British jazz drummer Victor Feldman's father hired the venue on a regular Sunday night to showcase the talents of his jazz loving sons and their band. The band consisted of Victor and his two brothers Robert on clarinet and Monty on accordion. They were joined by legendary British saxophonist Jimmy Skidmore for the opening night.
