Improviser, singer, pianist, arranger, composer, producer ? this is what Briony Greenhill has become. Her debut studio album, Crossing the Ocean, launched on 25th February 2022 and this is the launch concert.

Folk/soul/jazz fusion: piano, bass, drums, strings, horns, a chorus of voices improvising lush harmonies beside Briony?s powerful, soulful lead vocal. Songs of intimacy and the bigger picture of our times; the struggle to love, a broken world; why not pray out loud? Bless the girl. Everything came originally as an improvisation, now orchestrated in a genre-fusing acoustic lushness.
