Flying the flag for UK emo are I Feel Fine. The Brighton quartet's recent album 'The Cold In Every Shelter' is a beautifully honest blend of atmospheric shoegaze and midwestern emo - sealed with soaring vocals where every member gets a go on the mic.

Brutalligators (Hitchin)
Four-piece pile of indie-punk limbs with nods to The Promise Ring, Jimmy Eat World and PUP. Their debut album ?this house is too big, this house is too small? hit late last year, and they?ve been tearing up shows around the country since then.
