Inspired by the current art exhibition at Berwick Museum & Art Gallery, the Union Chain Bridge team are welcoming families to take part in a series of summer activities themed on the topic of 'light'.

In this activity, children have a go at making their own kaleidoscope. Discover the amazing world of reflection and get creative with different gems and sequins in order to make a miniature optical instrument to take home.

This activity is perfect for children aged around 7-11 years and for those who care for them (we suggest each child has an adult accompanying them, as children may need some help with parts of the practical activity.) The session will last around one hour. Please note that parents/carers are required to stay for the duration of the event.
