Giles Abbott makes a very welcome return to Lichfield Storytellers with a set which is perfect for this time of year: Walk By Night. It begins innocently with a young woman walking through a London park in the early evening, but soon becomes more sinister as it moves through a series of linked
tales of those who walk by night in feudal Japan, in Ireland,
Shropshire, Denmark, then back to London to complete our walk.
it's scary and moving and it's a great Halloween set!
Giles has been for many years a regular at storytelling, literature & other festivals, frequently performing at festivals such as Wilderness, Festival At The Edge, Beyond The Border, Whitby Folk Week, Westcountry, Sting In The Tale, Oxford Storytelling Festival, East Anglia Storytelling Festival and the Birmingham, Warwick and Oxford Literature Festivals. Giles is an experienced vocal coach and voice artist.
