Since the early 90?s the villagers of Cherry Burton have gathered in the village hall just before Christmas to enjoy carols, party-pieces, food and drink in the ?Cherry Wassail?.
It?s a real home-made affair with musicians, poets all taking to the floor to share songs and stories- helped with mulled wine, mince pies and a pie and pea supper.
This year profits will go to the Village Hall Fund- to help make much needed improvements to the hall.
