It's been a long time since we were in Hastings and we will be delighted to return. To avoid the distractions of a noisy bar we have taken over the function room at one of Hastings marvelous music pubs, The Jenny Lind. Join us for an evening of sublime folk music in this concert style environment, we will be performing songs from our latest album and favorites from our eponymous first release. With a sack full of brand new arrangements of trad folk songs and some new instruments in the mix it should be well worth booking a ticket and joining us.
We are perfectly located in the midst of the medieval Cinque Port of Hastings Old Town, two minutes’ walk from the beach and the Stade, with its iconic, tall black net-huts and the largest beach-launched fishing fleet in Europe.
The Old Town is essentially a small seaside valley stuffed with Tudor character, crammed with antiques, arts & crafts and curiosity shops, and packed with Parisienne pavement cafe culture.
Real, cask ale is a passion here at The Jenny Lind. Pride of place is held by our 10 hand-pulls with 10 different beers on at any given time, 7 days a week. We have two lovely bars as well as a sunny beer garden.
Come to explore our wonderful town and make your base with us at The Jenny Lind Inn. Our delightful Hotel Manager, Sarah, is dedicated to looking after our guests and ensuring that you are happy, comfortable and well-informed during your stay with us.
We have a Family Room, 3 Double Rooms, 1 Twin and 1 Single Room available to let. The Hotel has a separate, private side entrance whilst enjoying all the benefits of the bars downstairs. All are en-suite rooms, equipped with a small fridge for your use, unlimited tea and coffee, a flat screen TV with digital box and free Wi-Fi.
The Bar is Family Friendly until 7pm
