Description
Naomi Bedford is an English folk and country singer who Iggy Pop calls "Amazing". She has made a series of acclaimed albums, including ?Singing It All Back Home?, a collection of Appalachian ballads which was a Guardian Album of the Month in 2019.
Paul Simmonds has been the songwriter and mandolin/guitarist with English folk rock institution The Men They Couldn?t Hang since 1984. He has recorded over 15 albums on major labels, toured the world twice, and had supports with David Bowie, Van Morrison and The Pogues.
Their latest album together, ?Strange News Has Come To Town?, came out last summer, and was described by LouderThanWar as a "definitively human album, embodying exquisite musicianship, finely crafted song-writing and a deep underlying sense of
creative purpose."
Together, they're quite something.
