Jen Ives: The World Is Confusing And I Don't Understand It Anymore Help at The Oxford Comedy Fest
Event Type
Genre : Comedy
Description
Tasmin Sarkany (Leicester Comedy Festival Circuit Breakers 2024, "highly skilful... ingenious" - Chortle) is a musical character comedian who plays Amelia Crotchet, a semi-failed classical musician in a double act with her violin. She is about to play the most important concert of her career: a complete performance of Bach?s repertoire for solo violin, accompanied by a complete history of his life and works. Unfortunately though, Amelia is easily distracted. Expect silliness, some historically questionable facts about Bach and, if she gets round to it, some beautiful classical music.
