On Saturday June 14th we welcome The Steven Paris Agreement to Jamboree, bringing a live musical tapestry dedicated to the rediscovery of American and English roots music, combined with their own original material, with support from the ace Mama Moonshine!
Well known for his musical versatility and extensive touring, Steven has been part of the folk scene for more than a decade, performing in festivals and clubs all over Europe and the United States. His latest musical project, The Steven Paris Agreement, is a dynamic folk-rock trio, born from the collaboration with Franco Pellicani (drums) and Benjamin Ingaldson (bass, vocals). Inspired by artists such as Nina Simone, Bert Jansch, Son House, Sister Rosetta Tharpe and many others, their sound incorporates elements of the acoustic and electric world for a full emotional experience.
In support, Mama Moonshine bring tales of desire and moments of wonder sway between funk jams and galloping blues rhythms!
Jamboree is a grass-roots world music venue and bar hosting Folk, Blues, Americana, Celtic, Mediterranean, Eastern, European, GypsyPunk and Old Time Jazz!
Jamboree is back with a POP-UP adventure in a different venue in Limehouse from December 1st!
