Walthamstow Trades Hall is proud to announce that we will once again be hosting Silver Pride, in partnership with Switchboard, Positive East and former Opening Doors volunteers, and supported by Lloyds Banking Group.
Silver Pride is a celebration of our LGBTQIA+ over 50s and provides an exciting event to promote connectivity throughout the community. There will be dancing, laughter, cake and a range of performances throughout the day and evening. In addition, we are excited to share an exhibition of LGBTQIA+ history and entries from Switchboard's log books.
This event is aimed at LGBTQIA+ people aged 50+ but we welcome attendees of all ages to celebrate this vibrant day with us.
Tickets are on a sliding scale and we are asking anyone who can or wants to buy a paid ticket to do so, with the proceeds being split between Switchboard and Positive East.
