The Omega Point are an art and music collective, who contemplate how to capture the traces of humanity within an accelerating technological culture. In particular, their unique ability to seek meaning and purpose through myth creation, ritual, song and dance.
?Described as the makers of 'a wild brand of apocalyptic art music' by Stuart Buchanan, Digital Curator of The Sydney Opera House, The Omega Point is a Melbourne/Narrm-based music and multimedia project, conceived by Alex Clouston, blending electronic music with immersive, performative storytelling. Mark Conroy, and Alex O'Connell make up the core triad of creatives, they are often accompanied by Alexander Meagher and Awreliya and often collaborate and perform with additional musicians and artists.
